Conference Location & Lodging

Estes Park, Colorado

“A legacy of hospitality in the mountain west”

Situated about 90 miles northwest of Denver, at 7,522 feet above sea level, Estes Park sits in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. This charming town offers stunning snow-capped landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere for those seeking a quiet winter retreat. The town is often blanketed with snow, creating a picturesque scene with pine trees draped in white, frozen rivers, and a backdrop of towering mountains. And if by chance there’s no snow in town, our beloved Rocky Mountain National Park is right next door with plenty of snow to photograph and play in.

Snow-covered pine trees lining a snowy forest trail with sunlight filtering through.
Frost-covered lavender plants in a blurry winter field with a soft, warm background.
Snow-covered frozen lake with mountain cliffs and pine trees in the background, under a partly cloudy sky.
